Depending on how you use ScoreID, we may collect account and contact details, verification information, technical and device data, service activity, communications and information you choose to connect or provide. We collect only information relevant to operating, securing and improving the service.

We use personal information to provide and maintain ScoreID, authenticate users, prevent fraud, respond to requests, comply with legal obligations and improve service performance. Processing is based on contractual necessity, legal obligations, legitimate interests or consent, depending on the activity and applicable law.

Information may be shared with authorized service providers, professional advisers, regulators or other parties when required by law or necessary to deliver the service. We do not sell personal information. Where information is transferred internationally, appropriate contractual or legal safeguards are applied.

We retain information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including legal, accounting and security requirements. ScoreID uses organizational and technical safeguards designed to protect personal information, although no online system can guarantee absolute security.
